Team Member

Join our dynamic team as a Team Member, where you will leverage your expertise in RALLY and Agile Methodologies to drive project success. With a hybrid work model and no travel requirements, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our Agile PLM processes. Your contributions will directly impact our company's growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Agile methodologies into project workflows.
  • Utilize RALLY to track project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement Agile PLM processes to enhance product lifecycle management and improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster team collaboration.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in the adoption of Agile practices.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of Agile training programs for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses strong experience in RALLY and Agile Methodologies to drive project success.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Agile PLM processes to enhance product lifecycle management.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies to foster team collaboration.
  • Have a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Display strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Certifications Required: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
