Seasonal Opportunities
We're happy to hire seasonal employees who can commit to working with us for 3 to 6 months. This is a great way to gain valuable experience, earn extra income, and be part of a positive and dynamic team.
Front-of-House (Customer Service) Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Greet guests with a smile and a friendly attitude.
- Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Comply with all Chick-fil-A policies and standards to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.
- Create and maintain meaningful connections with guests through excellent service.
Front-of-House Responsibilities:
- Smile and greet every guest warmly at the front counter and in the drive thru.
- Create and maintain eye contact.
- Speak enthusiastically and make genuine emotional connections with guests.
- Multitask quickly and efficiently without compromising service quality.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a strong work ethic.
Position Hours:
- Approximately 10-15 hours per week
- 10am/11am-2pm/3pm
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Reliable and consistent, with a cheerful and positive attitude.
- Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
