Guest satisfaction is at the heart of this position. Our Team Members are responsible for preparing high quality products and empowered to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Team Members perform daily tasks as assigned by the manager in charge. Team members routinely use Jamba/Auntie Anne's and Coyle Investments tools and manuals to ensure compliance with brand and company standards. We are a co-branded store that services Jamba and Auntie Anne's Prezels products. We have the only store in the area that delivers both tasty treats with the benefits of the only Drive-Thru Location around.
Coyle Investments is a holding company focused on promoting health and happiness in each relationship - our guests, team, families, and community. Our focus is on wellness, fresh juices & smoothies and healthy meal options along with salty and savory baked treats. Must have access to reliable transportation.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 6 months work experience, preferred in Fast Casual business.
• Must obtain food handlers card prior to employment.
• Pass a background check and a drug screening prior to employment.
• This is a part time, hourly position that is eligible for overtime. Specific availability requirements will vary.

Work Environment:
This job entails frequent exposure to high temperatures and extreme cold. There is frequent contact/immersion of hands in water and sanitation solutions; and contact with produce items, dairy products, and frequent allergen-related items such as nuts, citrus, peanut butter, cinnamon, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and stand. The employee is frequently required to reach, bend, stoop, scoop, pour, carry, push, and lift objects up to 40lbs. There is substantial repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers. Must be able to maneuver in walk-in coolers and freezers, operate ovens and dough mixers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
General:

• Efficiency: Work quickly to manage high-volume, fast-paced rushes (e.g., lunch, mid-afternoon). Monitors speed of service to ensure a positive guest and work environment experience.
• Clearly and accurately communicate product and brand information to our guests.
• Responsible for compliance with product, service, and safety standards.
• Foster an environment of team work.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately to aid effective shift operations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Comply at all times with Jamba & Auntie Anne's/Coyle Investments LLC dress code and personal appearance standards
• Comply with all Jamba & Auntie Anne's policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et al.
• Perform all essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Jamba &Auntie Anne's Inc./ Coyle Investments LLC
• Perform other duties as directed by Manager or Shift Leader

Customer Service:

• Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest service experience.
• Execute Jamba's BOOST service standards.
• Consistently make and serve all products to specifications.
• Execute proper portion control with all ingredients.
• Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, and Smile/voice inflection
• At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers

Operations:

• Respond to directions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines while respecting company assets.
• Master each station of the store.
• Successfully complete all required training.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions while adhering to Coyle Investments cash handling policies.
• Prepare doughs and other products (lemonade, butter, Dutch ice, etc.)
• Roll and twist pretzels
• Dip, shape, and salt/sugar/almond pretzels
• Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
• Dip, drain, and file pretzels in Roundup
• Prepare specialty pretzels
• Prepare drinks and bag orders
• Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies at opening
• Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing
• Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed from training
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB
Must be able to perform the tasks outlined above ("Essential Duties"); must be able to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally work long hours; must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell; must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess the following traits: positive attitude, teachable spirit, and outgoing personality. Must have dependable transportation available and be able to be readily contacted by phone. Must comply with state and federal age restrictions regulations regarding operations of equipment in the store.
