Team Member's Mission
To play a crucial role in promoting the highest quality customer service and supporting the overall function of the store.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promotes the highest quality, most delightful experience for every guest
- Contributes to the team with a positive attitude and ownership mentality
- Helps maintain a clean and tidy store
- Operates retail cash register and accurately transacts items for checkout
- Assists in stocking, fronting and merchandising of product
- Serves as a first responder to customer complaints
- Promotes the highest level of cleanliness by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the store
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests, customers, co-workers, etc.
- Ensures security of company assets
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications and Experience :
- Experience in retail / as a cashier
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrates basic math and counting skills
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
- Able to function in a fast-paced work environment
- Honest & Dependable
