McDonald's Community Hub Position

Pay range: $11-$15/hour, based on experience and availability

What a Typical Day Looks Like

No two days at McDonald's are exactly the same, but you will rotate through different stations to keep things fresh. Your main responsibilities may include:

• Connecting with guests-Greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders at the counter or drive thru, and handling payments.
• Preparing fresh food-Operating grills, fryers, and assembly stations to prepare high-quality menu items according to McDonald's standards.
• Keeping it clean-Maintaining a sparkling clean dining room, kitchen, and service area to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
• Teamwork-Communicating smoothly with your teammates to get orders out quickly and efficiently.

• The ability to move quickly and stand for long periods during a busy rush.
