About the Role:
Saladworks + Frutta Bowls in Chesterfield, VA is looking for an energetic and friendly Team Member to join our crew! If you love fresh food, great vibes, and making customers smile, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Come be part of a fun, fast-paced environment where every day is fresh!
Full/Part Time Shift Day Shift /Nights only when needed
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, welcoming manner
Prepare fresh salads, wraps, grain bowls, Frutta Bowls etc. to order with accuracy and speed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, safe workspace
Operate POS system to process orders and handle transactions
Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies throughout the shift
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Uphold brand standards and deliver a consistently high-quality guest experience
Requirements:
No prior experience required but preferred— a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is a plus
