Job Description
Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest as they walk in the front door, understanding their needs, Eye contact, Smile and Thanking the guest sincerely. This is called the Guest Approach.
Must be able and willing to use the slicer to cut various types of meats and cheeses.
Must be able and willing to make all types of cold and hot sandwiches.
Must be willing and able to work on a job list when not waiting on a guest.
Must follow the Brew Chart, Warmer and Open Case Build Up Charts.
Must be willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and operating guidelines.
Must attend store meetings and any other meetings required by the Manager or Supervisor.
Complete any work assignment requested by a member of Management.
Properly execute all company programs.
Requirements:
Enrolled in a High School or have received a High School diploma or High School Equivalency.
Ability to use a POS (Point of Sale) register system.
Ability to professionally communicate with guests, manager, and co-workers.
Ability to read, count and write the English language accurately.
Ability to freely access all areas of the store including the front of the store, the back of the store and the register area without accommodations.
Ability to stretch to stock or clean shelves and reach product and equipment without accommodations.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
Ability to climb ladders.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to report to work on time.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
Able to reach over your head, kneel and reach across a counter.
Ability to move, lift and handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing
0-50 pounds without restriction.
Ability to work varied hours; days/nights/weekends/holidays including when it snows and inclement weather. Store hours are 5 am to 10 pm Monday-Friday and 6 am-10 pm Saturday and Sunday.
