Lead the Growth of a New EverLine Franchise in Hartford/Springfield
EverLine is launching a brand-new franchise serving the Hartford/Springfield/Rhode Island region, and we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to help build our field operations from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
As a Pavement Maintenance Team Lead / Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily field operations while working directly alongside the crew. Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing pavement maintenance crews
Coordinating daily job site activities
Operating and maintaining equipment
Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
Training and mentoring technicians
Communicating with customers and leadership on project progress
Assisting with scheduling, inventory, and workflow management
Services include:
Parking lot striping
Crack filling
Sealcoating
Asphalt repair
Warehouse floor markings
Commercial property maintenance

What We’re Looking For
Experience leading crews in pavement maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related trades
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team in the field
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to our shop in Tolland required
Experience operating commercial equipment is a plus
