United Wholesale Mortgage is hiring Team Leader Platform Development for a 100% on-site position in Pontiac, MI. Duties: Lead, mentor and develop a team of software professionals. Oversee daily operations and workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. Analyze and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Develop extensible enterprise software using cutting-edge technology. Participate in project-focused Scrum rituals (standup, grooming, planning, retrospective). Req.
