RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily workflows
• Assign tasks based on priority
• Keep project on schedule
• Coach team to improve skills, motivate team
• Oversees the packaging of individual components
• Direct daily workflow
• Attention to detail a must
• Coordinate with other departments
• Great communication skills
• Dependable and punctual

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have previous supervisory experience
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a Drug test
• Ability to work longer hours during Peak Season

PAY RATE

$20 per hour
