Suds Car Wash is hiring a hands-on Team Lead to oversee daily wash bay operations, coach attendants, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will open and close the site, assign tasks, monitor workflow, and maintain quality and safety standards. The Team Lead handles basic equipment checks, chemical levels, cleanliness, and cash/point-of-sale procedures.
You’ll train new staff, support scheduling, and resolve customer issues on the spot. This role requires strong communication, a focus on efficiency, and the ability to work weekends and outdoor shifts while modeling a positive, reliable work ethic.
