What You’ll Do
Lead the Customer Experience
- Ensure every guest receives a consistent, quality experience
- Execute brand recipes and techniques with precision
- Resolve customer concerns with positivity and professionalism
- Lead your team in delivering an Amazing experience every time
Keep the Store Running Smoothly
- Maintain speed of service during high‑volume peaks
- Stay calm, anticipate guest needs, and manage workflow efficiently
- Use downtime wisely to prep for the next rush
Train & Develop Your Team
- Assist the Store Leader with onboarding and training new team members
- Build strong working relationships with the team
- Identify motivation factors and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Reinforce performance standards set by Hart Family Coffee
Drive Sales & Profitability
- Seek opportunities to increase sales through consistent upselling
- Hold baristas accountable to upselling standards
- Understand key store metrics and help improve overall performance
Operational Expertise
- Be the subject matter expert in:
- Cash handling
- POS system
- Operational procedures
- Health & sanitation standards
- Store business metrics
- Serve as a keyholder and master all opening/closing procedures
- Ensure all team members follow Hart Family Coffee procedures and safety guidelines
Support Store Leadership
- Help find coverage for open shifts
- Assist with administrative duties as requested
- Communicate business health clearly to the team
Qualifications
- Available for25+ hours per week
- Passion for people and leadership
- Willingness to master brand recipes and techniques
