This is a part-time or full-time interim leadership position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent Team Lead based on performance and business needs.
The Team Lead (Interim) serves as a hands-on leader who supports daily store operations while providing guidance, coaching, and leadership to the Beauty Advisor team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and partnering closely with store leadership to ensure the team meets company goals.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for developing others while leading by example.
