Team Lead, Hospitality & Guest Experience

CAVA Team Members are vital to delivering warm hospitality and great Mediterranean-inspired meals in our New York restaurants. As a Team Leader, you will supervise daily operations, coach teammates, and partner with General Managers to create a welcoming guest experience.

You’ll open and close the restaurant, supervise service, manage inventory and cash handling, and mentor others to uphold safety and quality standards across shifts in a fast-paced environment.
