Leading a team of backend engineers in a fully remote environment, the full-time Team Lead for Web3 Development will architect blockchain infrastructure, manage technical strategy, and foster team growth while maintaining hands-on contributions to the development of Web3 products. Key responsibilities Architect Web3 backend systems and define technical strategies for user operations and integration Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence Own delivery predictability and collaborate with Product to refine requirements and report on team progress Required qualifications 5+ years of commercial experience with Go or 7+ years in other backend languages with proficiency in Go Strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues such as NATS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers Solid understanding of API design, blockchain development, and smart contract interaction
