We deliver tailored solutions, tested leadership, and trusted results to enable national security missions worldwide.Job DescriptionOverviewSOSi is seeking a Team Lead who will be responsible for supporting the Supervisor in managing day-to-day shift operations and will serve as the acting Supervisor in their absence. The Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow by coordinating tasks, monitoring performance, and assisting with issue resolution during assigned shifts.

Additionally, the Team Lead will act as a liaison between Data Analysts and Data Coordinators, facilitating effective communication, ensuring alignment on project goals, and promoting collaboration across functions.
