Team Lead - Contract Position in Atlanta, USA

As a Team Lead you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to achieve project goals and deliverables Your role will involve providing guidance support and feedback to team members as well as ensuring that project deadlines are met You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance and addressing any issues that arise

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and solutions
• Ensure all project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Participate in the hiring process for new team members as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively lead a diverse team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
• Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Atlanta USA
