BJC HealthCare is seeking a Team Lead Charge RN to coordinate clinical operations and patient care on an assigned unit. This role provides direct bedside nursing, oversees daily staffing and patient assignments, and serves as a clinical resource for the care team. The Team Lead Charge RN supports quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives while mentoring nurses and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
