Team Lead - Biometric Passport Processing (Pakistani Nationals)

We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to oversee the processing of biometric passports for Pakistani nationals in our Washington office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of passport processing specialists ensuring high quality and efficient processing of applications and providing exceptional customer service to all applicants.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the passport processing team
• Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and protocols for handling passport applications
• Monitor application queues to ensure timely processing and adherence to service level agreements
• Review completed applications for accuracy and completeness before submission to authorities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations policies and procedures related to biometric passport processing
• Handle any escalated issues or complaints from applicants with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and streamline operations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in biometric passport processing or immigration services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal fluency in Urdu is highly preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with biometric technology and systems is an asset
• As this role involves working with sensitive personal information of applicants all candidates must undergo a thorough background check and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols
