Job Description

What You’ll Do as a Team Lead:

As a Team Lead, you’ll be the go‑to person on shift. You’ll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will:

• Run and manage shifts in a fast‑paced environment
• Lead and motivate team members
• Help make pizzas and prepare food
• Handle cash and basic store operations
• Train and develop new team members
• Support daily store goals and standards

Compensation: Starting at $14 per hour with opportunity for increase with training!

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and cash‑handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week
• Adaptable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
