Value Chain (Going Going Gone!) is seeking a Team Captain to lead Endzone & Loyalty operations in a fast-paced, value-driven retail environment. You’ll guide front-end associates, ensure fast and friendly checkout, and drive loyalty program sign-ups. Partnering with store leadership, you’ll coordinate endzone merchandising, signage, and recovery to highlight closeout and promotional product.
You’ll support inventory accuracy, uphold safety and loss prevention standards, and coach the team to deliver efficient, customer-focused service every shift.
