What You’ll Do

• Support classroom instruction by working with individual students and small groups

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and learning activities

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere

• Help manage classroom routines and transitions

• Observe student progress and share insights with the teaching team

• Provide academic and behavioral support tailored to student needs

Job Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting learning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
