NYS Certified Teaching Assistant
The Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES located in Auburn, NY is now accepting applications for a NYS Certified Teaching Assistant in our Alternative Education Program for the School Year. This is a 10 month position that follows the school calendar. The Compass Program at Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES is an alternative education program for middle and high school students who have experienced difficulty in attaining school success within a traditional learning environment. The program offers small class sizes and individualized support to help prepare students for a Regent's diploma.
The Compass Program offers:

Candidates should possess the ability to work with diverse middle and high school students in a variety of educational settings. NYS Certification as a Teaching Assistant is required before the start date.
