Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional tasks and classroom management
• Offer individualized support to students who need extra help with assignments and staying on task
• Reinforce lessons and encourage participation in educational activities
• Help create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers and students to promote academic success
• Accompany students during classroom transitions, lunch, and recess as needed
