Lad Lake Inc seeks a compassionate Teacher to educate and mentor at-risk youth in a trauma-informed, therapeutic school setting. The Teacher will design and deliver individualized lesson plans, support IEP goals, and integrate life skills into daily instruction.
Responsibilities include classroom management, progress monitoring, collaboration with therapists and case managers, and family communication. The Teacher will use restorative practices, de-escalation techniques, and culturally responsive instruction to build trust, promote growth, and help students achieve academic and behavioral success.
