The Board of Education is seeking applications for the school year for the following position: Teacher Assistant (Multiple Disabilities) (10 Months Non-certificated) Bleshman Regional Day School.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to perform physical work, which requires frequent bending and lifting.
- Independently lift/carry up to 25 lbs., more than 25 lbs. with assistance.
- Demonstrated ability to work with or experience working with children with disabilities - preferred, not required.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for supporting the needs of students with significant educational disabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- New Jersey residence within one (1) year from date of hire.
Compensation Rate/Range: $32,935-$46,685
