Teacher, Alternative Education

Ombudsman Educational Services, a ChanceLight Education brand, seeks an Alternative Education Teacher to support middle and high school students who have dropped out, are at risk, or need a nontraditional setting. In this role, you will provide personalized, standards-aligned, credit-bearing instruction in a small, structured classroom. You will develop individualized learning plans, use data to track progress, and apply consistent behavior supports to create a safe, supportive environment.

You will collaborate closely with partner school districts, families, and colleagues to help students re-engage, earn credits, and progress toward graduation while building academic, social, and self-advocacy skills.
