Job Duties:
This position performs case management services, maintaining regular contact with inmates while facilitating educational groups focused on substance use, anger management, and recovery. The role supports skill development necessary for successful reintegration and transition. Responsibilities include delivering structured instructional sessions, monitoring inmate participation, documenting progress, and submitting accurate reports and related records.

You graduated from an accredited senior high school or have an equivalent GED. You are detail oriented, skilled at building rapport, and able to maintain consistent, professional communication. You also work well in a team environment and contribute positively to collaborative efforts.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You are familiar with substance use treatment and are comfortable facilitating structured educational groups and guiding discussions on substance use, anger management, and recovery. You should have strong documentation skills and be able to accurately track progress, prepare reports, and maintain organized records. Additionally, you are solution¿focused when managing challenging behaviors and can help maintain a supportive, structured treatment environment.
