Description

  • Develop and implement corporate tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations, including timely filings and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax advice on business transactions and investments.
  • Oversee tax audits and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses to tax authorities.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals to achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide strategic tax planning and risk management guidance to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.
