What You'll Do
- Lead and manage complex tax compliance engagements, ensuring adherence to firm and professional standards, budgets, and deadlines
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients — responding to issues promptly, professionally, and accurately
- Manage client expectations through clear, proactive communication
- Mentor and advise associates on client accounting and tax matters
- Contribute to firm initiatives and internal projects
- Plan and coordinate engagement scheduling across clients and firm resources
What You Bring

- 5+ years of experience across corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- A creative, logical problem-solver
