Managing ASC 740 tax provisions and compliance, the full-time New York Licensed Tax Supervisor will prepare and review complex tax filings, analyze tax positions, and support international calculations in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and review ASC-740 tax provisions, including analyzing temporary vs. permanent differences Prepare federal, multi-state, and consolidated tax filings for complex, multi-entity structures Identify tax adjustments and planning opportunities while assisting with pre-audit support and reconciliations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA or EA certification 5+ years of public accounting tax experience, including ASC 740 exposure Experience with public companies, SPACs, or venture-backed organizations Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with CCH Axcess or similar tax software Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and document tax positions
