Tax Supervisor CPA
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities for the CPA Tax Supervisor:
- Prepare and own complex individual and business tax returns
• Handle S corp, partnership, and closely held business tax engagements
• Participate in client meetings and gradually take on direct communication
• Identify tax planning opportunities and follow-up actions
• Begin reviewing returns and supporting staff development
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and workflow efficiency
Qualifications for the CPA Tax Supervisor:
- Active CPA license required
• Strong recent public accounting tax preparation experience
• Experience with complex individual and closely held business returns
• Background as Tax Supervisor, Senior ready for next step, or early Tax Manager
• Experience with multi-entity and/or multi-state tax work preferred
• Exposure to review responsibilities or client interaction is a plus
