Tax Strategy & Controversy Lead (Senior Manager)

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a senior tax professional to lead domestic and international income tax audits, develop defense strategies, and manage transfer pricing documentation.

The role partners with Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure robust tax governance and compliance across the enterprise. You will own the quarterly and annual tax provision, analyze effective tax rates, and guide internal controls improvements.
