- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Enrolled Agent or CPA license preferred
- Experience preparing individual and business tax returns preferred
- Strong understanding of tax laws and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete multiple time-sensitive xhqgsiq tasks
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling confidential client information
