ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to practice growth, Our Client is seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join their team. This role will assist with tax compliance and planning for a wide range of clients, including businesses in healthcare, construction, real estate, manufacturing, broker-dealers, and professional services, as well as high-net-worth individuals. This is an excellent opportunity to build technical expertise while contributing to the development of staff and playing a key role in the continued success of the firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities.
- Provide tax planning strategies and consulting for a diverse client base.
- Manage multiple priorities and client demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Train, mentor, and develop junior staff members.
- Collaborate with partners and managers to deliver exceptional client service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4–6 years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
- CPA strongly preferred; required for advancement to Partner track.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities.
