The roles are open to expansion.Responsibilities:* High Net Worth Individuals is a key here - review and provide compliance with federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and non-profits as well as high net-worth individuals; Will also serve some multi-state and international entities and customers* Strategic tax planning* Compliance with current tax laws and regulations; Client communication & representation to tax authorities* Risk management* Collaboration with other departments* For the supervisor role: lead, mentor, and supervise a teamRequirements* Bachelor's in Accounting; Masters a plus* CPA or EA or pursuing preferred* Minimum of 3+ years for Tax senior & 7+ years for Tax Manager - experience should be with 1040's, as well as small to mid-sized business S-corp, C-corp and Partnership and Hight Net-Worth tax filing, planning, and strategic services* Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, written and verbal* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple deliverables simultaneously* IRS e-Filings* CCH Walters Kluwer software a plusThis is an excellent Career opportunity with great work-life balance culture; Strong fringe benefits such as performance-based bonuses, Health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, Generous PTO and paid holidays, professional development and continuing education opportunities.Job TypeDirect HireCompensation85000 - $
