To support a collaborative team environment, the full-time Tax Processing Associate will prepare and file over 600 sales and use tax returns monthly for level 1-2 clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy while communicating regularly with clients and senior staff in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Prepare and file sales and use tax returns for level 1-2 clients, adhering to compliance standards Communicate with clients to address inquiries and maintain strong relationships Review client tax data for accuracy and collaborate with senior staff to resolve complex issues Required qualifications Associate's degree in accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience 2-5 years of related experience in tax processing, accounting, or business Familiarity with standard tax compliance regulations for level 1-2 clients Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools; experience with VITR software is a plus Willingness to receive mentoring and participate in peer support activities
