An established Cleveland CPA firm is seeking an experienced Tax Partner to help lead and expand one of Northeast Ohio's premier middle-market tax practices. You do not need to bring an existing book of business to be considered.

What You'll Lead

• Manage and grow a successful manufacturing-focused tax practice
• Serve as a trusted advisor to privately held businesses
• Review complex tax engagements involving corporations, partnerships, trusts, nonprofits, and high-net-worth individuals
• Provide advanced tax planning and technical guidance
• Mentor and develop future tax leaders
• Expand client relationships and support strategic business development throughout Northeast Ohio

What We're Looking For

• Active CPA
• 7+ years in public accounting
• Strong experience with privately held businesses
• Expertise in pass-through entities, S-Corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth clients
• Demonstrated client relationship and business development skills
• Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring tax professionals

Experience with a regional or Big Four accounting firm is highly preferred.
