- Tax Preparation & Filing: Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts, and estates.
- Compliance & Audits: Monitor changing tax laws, reconcile book-to-tax differences, and handle IRS or state tax notices and audits.
- Client Advisory: Meet directly with clients to discuss year-round tax planning, business structuring, and long-term financial strategies.
- Review & Mentorship: Senior and manager-level staff review the work of junior associates, provide feedback, and manage engagement workflows
