Tax Map SpecialistThis person must be experienced in AutoCAD. Pay Range: $25 – 30/hr, dependent on experience. Summary: This person will be using AutoCAD for the construction of municipal digital tax maps for New Jersey municipal/county clients.
Requirements: Experience with New Jersey tax map regulations, experience creating tax maps for municipalities using AutoCAD, knowledge of NJ MOD-IV system, detailed knowledge of and compliance with the NJ Division of Taxation Digital Tax Map Standards, ability to interpret surveys, deeds, file maps, and other tax map related sources, working understanding of land surveying principles.
