Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Tax Manager:Must have CPA or willing to attain it.5 to 8 years’ experience in Public AccountingMust have Quick Book exp.Must have experience with high net-worth individual and multi-state tax returns.No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.Requirements of the Tax Manager:BS/BA in Accounting (Master’s in Accounting/Tax preferred)5 to 8 years’ experience in Public AccountingExperience preparing individual and closely held businesses and pass-thru (S Corp and Partnership) tax returnsExcellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and budgetsProficient accounting, analytical, and research skills along with a desire to continue to grow professionallyAbility to communicate pertinent information to partners, managers and clientsWillingness to work with a team and complete administrative tasks when requiredReliable transportation and ability to work in-person in the Raleigh or Charlotte office multiple days during the weekPreferred Qualifications:CPA LicenseExperience with QuickBooksExperience with high net-worth individual and multi-state tax returnsExperience preparing exempt organization tax returnsExperience managing a small team of employeesOther Key Requirements:100% in officeNo sponsorships or visa holders.
