Responsibilities
- Review complex tax returns for High-Net-Worth Individuals, Partnerships, S Corporations, and C Corporations
- Perform and review tax research on a variety of federal and state tax matters
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies designed to maximize client savings
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and collaborate closely with firm leadership on tax matters
- Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
- Mentor, develop, and supervise tax staff
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
Qualifications
- CPA required
- 5–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong experience with High-Net-Worth Individuals and Pass-Through Entities
- Tax return review experience required
- Regional or National Accounting Firm experience preferred
- Strong technical tax, analytical, and research skills
- Experience with tax technology such as CCH/Wolters Kluwer, ProSystem fx Tax, Engagement, Fixed Assets, or similar platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation or LL.M. preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills

Pay range and compensation package
- Base salary: $100,000–$150,000, depending on experience
- Employer-paid health insurance for employees
- 401(k) with company match up to 5%
- PTO ranging from 2–6 weeks based on experience
