Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
- Research tax issues and assist with tax resolutions
- Mentor and develop junior staff members
- Participate in process improvement and workflow initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience with individual, partnership, S-Corp, and corporate tax returns
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills
- Experience reviewing staff work and managing multiple engagements
