What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA (preferred)
- 5+ years of corporate or partnership tax experience including hands-on experience preparing complex multi-state partnership tax returns
- Strong knowledge of federal and state partnership tax compliance
- Experience with tax planning, tax research, and process improvements
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and manage complex multi-state partnership tax returns
- Handle partnership tax matters including allocations, redemptions, and compliance
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and support tax planning initiatives
- Assist with quarterly tax estimates, tax research, and special projects
- Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Legal on tax-related matters
- Drive process improvements and support tax technology initiatives
- Help build and mentor a growing tax team
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements
