Our client, a privately held financial services company with a national footprint, is looking to add a Tax Manager to their growing tax function.
Responsibilities
- Own tax for all entities under the parent organization in a hands-on, high-ownership role
- Handle federal and state partnership return preparation
- Partner directly with senior finance leadership, with regular interaction on IRS matters
- Take full ownership of return preparation rather than solely overseeing outsourced work
Qualifications
- 6+ years of tax experience with a strong federal partnership tax background
- Comfortable and experienced with corporate tax as well, not solely a partnership specialist
- Experience with HNW/private partnership structures is a plus
- CPA highly preferred
