Role : TAX MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER / DIRECTOR
Location : Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid - Onsite Peak Season)
Compensation : $90,000 - $160,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Responsibilities
- Lead tax compliance and planning for businesses and high-net-worth individuals
- Manage client relationships and mentor junior staff
- Review complex tax returns — Forms 1120, 1065, 1040, 1041, 990
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive public accounting experience
- CPA preferred but not required
