In this role, you will do more than just fill out tax forms; you will provide "riskless returns" for our clients through sophisticated tax planning and intelligent integration of IRS regulations. You will serve as a trusted advisor within our boutique, one-stop-shop environment, managing complex tax profiles for individuals, businesses, and estates.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive Tax Planning: Execute forward-looking strategies to maximize wealth and minimize tax exposure for HNWIs and business entities.Engagement Oversight: Manage the preparation and review of complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.Consulting & Advisory: Assist clients with business entity selection, succession planning, and revenue recognition (ASC-606).Client Representation: Act as a liaison for clients before the IRS and FTB.Team Leadership: Mentor a dedicated team of specialists, fostering a culture of professional excellence and personal service.RequirementsCredentials: Active CPA license or Master's Degree in Taxation preferred.Experience: Proven track record in public accounting with a focus on integrated tax and wealth planning.Expertise: Deep knowledge of tax deferral strategies, cash flow management, and the nuances of various business structures.Mindset: A commitment to "beginning with the end in mind" and providing high-touch, personal service in a boutique setting.Why Join Us?We offer a warm, professional environment with over 150 years of combined experience.
