Tax Manager: SALT, Provision & International

Chowbus is seeking a Tax Manager in Chicago to own a broad, hands‑on tax portfolio, including U.S. SALT, ASC 740, and transfer pricing across the U.S., China, and Canada. This hybrid role requires building processes and collaborating with PwC during audits.

You will drive foreign jurisdiction setup, China tax planning, and intercompany documentation while maintaining strong relations with auditors and business partners.
