What You'll Do

• Prepare and review individual, business, trust, and estate tax returns
• Assist clients with tax planning and advisory initiatives
• Support accounting, financial reporting, and attestation engagements
• Research technical tax and accounting matters
• Collaborate with partners, managers, and team members on client projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and support junior staff members
• Contribute to process improvements and firm initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Desire to grow professionally and take on greater responsibility
