We're seeking a highly motivated TAX MANAGER for a company in Richfield, OH!
Do you have experience in tax preparation along with your CPA? The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented leader, maintain a current and active CPA license (or be working toward it), possess a strong work ethic, be committed to the work, work with a sense of urgency, & be accountable for assigned tasks.
RESPONSIBILITES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Preparing complex business and individual tax returns.
- Direct client communication.
- Coordinate seasonal tax planning efforts geared toward effective execution of planning objectives.
- Develop and train support team members.
- Ad hoc projects
- Familiarity with GAAP
- Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Solid knowledge of tax laws and Tax preparation software.
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (e.g., QuickBooks,).
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities
- Independent thinker with aptitude in problem-solving
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in accounting
CPA required
CPA firm experience
WORK HOURS
9am-5pm with flexibility on start and end time.
This is an onsite role.
